CHOOSE THE PEDALLING CADENCE FOR YOUR LD 920 E AUTOMATIC BIKE
The pedalling cadence is the speed at which your legs turn the pedals. It's measured in RPM (rotations per minute).
By adjusting it on the controller, you can adapt it to be just right for you, no matter how steep the road you're cycling along.
The RPM can be set to be between 40 and 90.The higher the value, the faster the legs turn.

BIKE ASSISTANCE MODES FOR RIDING AT YOUR OWN PACE
With this motor, you can choose between 4 assistance modes:
Mode 0 - Deactivated
Mode 1 - Economy (+100% assistance). Extend your battery range (up to 130 km of range)
Mode 2 - Standard (+180% assistance):A mode that combines ease and reasonable consumption (up to 90 km of range)
Mode 3 - Boost = +370%: Draw on all the engine's power when the road climbs (up to 80 km of range)
WHAT IS BATTERY LIFE?
Maximum battery life is 130 km in eco mode. This battery life is real under optimal conditions.
The battery life of a bike is highly variable depending on conditions of use and several parameters: wind, route profile, weight on the bike, amount of braking/restarting, cold, tyre inflation...
So it is normal that the real battery life you experience may be different from what we list. This is true for all electrical assistance bikes.

CAN YOU RIDE THE BIKE WITH A FLAT BATTERY?
To make sure you reach your destination with peace of mind and to extend your bike's range as much as possible, we've managed the way the battery discharges.
When you have only 20% battery remaining, TURBO mode can't be used.
When there's only 10% battery remaining, only ECO mode can be used.
At 5% charge, the assistance cuts out so that there's still enough power for the controller to work. This allows you to pedal normally, even without assistance.

The colour screen built into the stem makes it easy to see all the stats you need.
With the handy control, you can intuitively navigate your way through the different menus.

AN ERGONOMIC, MULTIFUNCTION CONTROLLER
The control on the handlebar has been specially developed for this bike and allows you to control the screen with your thumb, even when wearing gloves, with no need to take your hand off the handlebar.
You can use it to:
- navigate between the different displays with the joystick
- change the cadence with the joystick
- directly change the assistance mode
- turn the lights on and off.
AN INNOVATIVE, SMART BIKE
This e-bike is equipped with a 4G / WiFi connection that talks directly to the "cloud". This technology means you can connect it to your smartphone and convert it into a "super bike"
WHY HAVE A SMART BIKE?
A "smart" bike is an "augmented" bike that gives you a set of features and services that you just can't get from a non-smart, "classic" bike.
Know where your bike is at all times and be alerted to the slightest abnormal movement.
You can track the number of kilometres covered per day, week, month or year at any time. Check the level of CO2 avoided and assess the average speed and number of calories burnt during your journeys.

With its built-in GPS tracker, you can locate your bike at any time!

This bike comes in two frame versions: high and low step through.
Low frame:
S: between 1.55 m and 1.64 m
M: between 1.65m and 1.74m
L: between 1.75 m and 1.84 m
High frame:
M: between 1.65m and 1.74m
L: between 1.75m and 1.84m
XL: between 1.85 m and 1.95 m
If you're between sizes, the smaller size will be easier to handle, while the bigger size will be more stable.

PANNIER RACK / MUDGUARD
So that you can carry your belongings and stay clean and dry in any situation, the bike is equipped with a pannier rack and mudguard that have been designed exclusively for this range of bikes.
The pannier rack can carry up to 27 kg, including a child seat. The 12 mm diameter tubes make it compatible with the entire baggage range available at DECATHLON.
Aluminium mudguards attached with screw-on, rigid stays for maximum stability and solidity.
STAND
The aluminium rear stand can take loads of 35 kg to keep the bike stable when laden with pannier bags.
