WHICH SIZE OF THIS MEN'S/WOMEN'S HYBRID BIKE DO YOU NEED?

Our men's and women's hybrid bike comes in 4 sizes: - Size S: 1.50 m to 1.65 m tall. - Size M: 1.66 m to 1.77 m tall. - Size L: 1.78 m to 1.90 m tall. Between sizes? - If you want better handling and to be more comfortable (a more upright back position), we recommend opting for the smaller size. - If you'd like a more extended position (more aerodynamic, which means you'll go faster), then choose the bigger size.

RIDE COMFORTABLY WITH THE 9-SPEED DRIVETRAIN

With just a single trigger needed to change gears, the single chainring drivetrain makes life much easier. As do the gear increments, which have been designed to give you a helping hand over small hills. Here's what you can expect from our trekking bike's drivetrain: - B'Twin SL569 trigger shifter, - Microshift H092 9-speed cassette, - 11/36 cogs, - 36t single chainring, - KMC X9 chain with master link, - B'Twin RD M46-L rear derailleur, - chain guide

MECHANICAL DISC BRAKES: THE ART OF SAFE, CLEAN, PRECISE BRAKING

We've chosen to use disc brakes for more effective braking and so that you have more control over how hard you brake. This means that you can head out on your men's and women's hybrid bike comfortable in the knowledge that you can fully trust its brakes!

A WORD ABOUT TYRE COMPATIBILITY

This bike can also be fitted with wider tyres: - maximum dimensions with the Riverside mudguard: 42 mm (ETRTO 42-622), - maximum dimensions without mudguards: 47 mm (ETRTO 47-622). We have also tested wider tyres that are compatible with our hybrid bike, such as the City 9 (44-622) with a mudguard and the Schwalbe Evolution TLE (50-622) without a mudguard. However, since the width can vary, not all 44 and 50 tyres are compatible.

Our trekking bikes have been designed to give you a 60° riding position. It's more comfortable, makes handling easier and gives you a more dynamic ride. In fact, everything about our hybrid bike has been designed with your comfort in mind: - semi-raised, 620 mm-wide handlebar, - 1 1/8" aluminium stem, - 1 1/8" semi-integrated Aheadset, - 2 x 5 mm aluminium spacers, - ergonomic grips that keep your hand and wrist comfortably aligned.

WHAT ABOUT THE SADDLE?

It's important to have the right kind of saddle for the type of ride you're doing. That's why our team has chosen the Ergofit Trekking 500 saddle for this bike. Here's what you need to know about this saddle: - aluminium seat post with markings to help you adjust it accurately, 34,8 mm diameter clamp, 28,6 mm diameter seat post, - quick-release clamp for adjusting the saddle without tools.

HYBRID TYRES FOR ENJOYING BOTH ROADS AND TRAILS

Our Riverside 500 men's/women's hybrid bike has B'Twin Trekking hybrid tyres that'll take you absolutely anywhere, be it on- or off-road! We recommend inflating your tyres to at least 2 bar and no more than 4 bar (see details on the tyre's sidewall). B'Twin Trekking tyre dimensions: 700 x 38 (38-622).

4 Return your rented products After the commitment period, you can end your subscription rental at any time and return the product to any Decathlon shop.
