An ingenious weights bench for better workouts

This 500 bench folds down to take up as little space as possible between workouts and also adapts to your workouts. If you want to bench press, you can remove the leg bar. With its leg bar, 4 backrest inclines (0°, 30°, 45°, 80°) and 2 seat inclines, this weights bench makes it easy to do any and all exercises!

Cleaning the 500 fold weights bench after workouts

Wipe the weights bench with a damp cloth after each workout. This helps increase the lifespan of your bench. Sweat is acidic and can, in the long run, damage the cover of your weights bench. We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench while exercising.
