To take advantage of our new daily rental service, you must first check if your favorite DECATHLON store has the daily rental service available. During this process, you will have to select the products you want to rent, as well as the date, you will have to connect with your My Decathlon account, and finally you will have to enter your bank card details to finalize the reservation. During the Rental process, you entered some start and end dates, which you can find on your Invoice, in your confirmation email, or in your personal space of the Rental for days. In order to start your rental, you must go to the store where you have made the reservation, on the dates indicated, and a Decathlon collaborator will deliver your rental product. Remember that during the delivery process, you must show your ID, and sign the general rental conditions that we send attached to your reservation email.
Finally, remember that you must return it in perfect condition on the end date of your rental indicated on your rental invoice, and that the rental reservation corresponds to calendar days.

To pay a Rent, we have two options available:

Despite making the physical reservation, the payment will be made online, so during the procedure, the collaborator will send you a link to pay via email or SMS, which will redirect you to the payment gateway, in which you will have to enter your bank card details, as well as accept the general conditions and privacy policy.
At the time of payment of your Rental, you can make the payment with your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Currently no other means of payment are accepted. The debit is made automatically once your rental reservation is validated
Yes, to offer you a secure payment and avoid fraud, we have selected the 3D Secure authentication system for Visa and Mastercard cards. Therefore, your payments will be completely secure.
The answer is YES, once your rental has started, you can extend it, and for this you only have to go to your Decathlon store and a collaborator will automatically manage your extension, as long as there is stock.
During the reservation process of a Rental and before validating your payment, you will be asked to validate the general and specific conditions of the Rental. Once validated, these conditions will act as a contract. At the same time, when you go to pick up your rental at your Decathlon store, you must sign a delivery contract again, which once again specifies the conditions. Finally, when you return your rental, you must sign the delivery contract for your products. Remember that within the personal space of the Rental platform, in the "My Rentals" section, you can always find the collection contract signed in our store.
The answer is NO, you will not have to make any additional deposit for the reservation of a Rental product. In the case of non-return of the product, for each extra day of delay, the amount equivalent to one extra day will be charged. If the client does not give signals, and does not return the product, Decathlon reserves the right to take exceptional actions.
At the moment, no. Our daily rental offer is reserved for private clients for private use. The means of payment used and the general rental conditions limit us for the moment, but DECATHLON PRO is working to facilitate this experience for professionals, associations and local authorities.
There is no direct discount. Our rental price table has been designed taking into account the possibility of making long-term reservations, in such a way that the price of the extra day is more accessible. Regarding large orders, as of today, we do not have specific conditions, but we are working to offer an optimal experience through DECATHLON PRO.
Yes, you can cancel your rental, without any penalty until the day before your rental begins. To make this possible, you will have to contact the Decathlon store to which you have requested your Rental, so that an expert can cancel your Rental reservation. On the other hand, you can also contact our user relationship center to cancel your rental reservation. The cancellation is effective when the client receives a confirmation of the cancellation of the Rental by the Decathlon team.
If the rental reservation is canceled on the same day, we will proceed to make a penalty corresponding to the price of one rental day, and we will refund the remaining days through the same payment method. (this return procedure will be online, never from the physical store)
Our rental service for days is not a rental with purchase option.
These products are destined to be re-rented several times, to finally be sold second-hand.
All the products included in our rental offer follow rigorous procedures to guarantee that they are in optimal conditions. The client undertakes to give our rental products normal use, in such a way that any wear resulting from said normal use will be assumed by Decathlon. However, all those broken parts resulting from misuse, negligence or vandalism, the client must pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts before proceeding with the delivery of the rental products. If the product cannot be repaired, the customer must pay 100% of the product, at the sale price with VAT that is currently in force in the store.
All the products included in our rental offer follow rigorous procedures to guarantee that they are in optimal conditions. If during the course of a rental the product breaks through no fault of the customer, you must contact the Decathlon store that provided you with the rental so that our team of collaborators can quickly find a solution, either through reimbursement of the remaining rental days, or the replacement of the item in question with another in perfect condition.
If the breakage is due to misuse, negligence or vandalism, the customer must pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts. If the product cannot be repaired, the customer must pay 100% of the product, at the sale price with VAT that is currently in force in the store. The period of inactivity for this misuse, negligence or vandalism, will not be reimbursed to the client.
In case of breakage of a rented product due to misuse or vandalism, then you must pay 100% of the purchase price of the broken item. To do this, we will take as a reference the sale price with VAT, which is currently in force in our Decathlon stores.
